We do not offer any delivery services.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN SENSITIVE DISHES?
Many of our dishes are gluten sensitive, meaning they are prepared with ingredients that do not contain gluten. These dishes are marked with a wheat free icon.
We also offer dishes that can be made gluten sensitive by request. Please inform your server if you require your dishes to be gluten sensitive.

Our ingredients are freshly prepared in our kitchen, and while we do have processes and procedures in place to minimize cross-contact with other gluten-containing foods, these items may not be suitable for customers who are highly sensitive to gluten.

Please always inform your server of any food allergies prior to ordering.
CAN I GET NO MSG IN MY DISH?
Many of our dishes do not include any additional MSG as is.

What is MSG?
​
Monosodium glutamate occurs naturally and is added to many foods. It is made by fermenting carb sources like sugar beet, sugar cane, and molasses – similar to how yogurt, beet, vinegar, and wine are made. MSG naturally occurs in foods we regularly eat, such as tomatoes, broccoli, potato chips, and animal based proteins.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A DISH?
Yes, but there are limitations to what can be changed. Changes to dishes are subject to additional costs. Please speak to your server about the available options.
CAN I SUBSTITUTE FOR ANOTHER DISH IN A SET DINNER OR COMBO?
We do allow some substitutions – please be aware there may be additional charges.
We do not allow any noodle dishes as a substitution to set dinners or combos.
WHY CAN'T I ORDER A DISH THAT IS AVAILABLE AT ANOTHER RESTAURANT?
Not all Chinese restaurants have the same food, much like any other cuisine. We have over 83 dishes, many combos and set dinner options.

If you are unhappy with those options, we encourage you to support the businesses that align with your wishes – many of the surrounding restaurants are our friends and we would love for you to try them out!
WHY DO YOU NOT ALLOW ANY
PRIVATE CALLERS?
All private callers have been blocked due to a high number of prank calls - these calls often include racial slurs, fake orders, and general harassment of our staff.

While we understand many of our customers work in fields where their numbers must be private, we hope you can understand that this is a decision made in regards to the safety and wellbeing of our staff and business.
WHEN CAN I PRE-ORDER FOR HOLIDAYS?
Pre-orders for all holidays will generally start 1 week in advance – announcements are made on the homepage of our website or on our Facebook page.

We recommend taking advantage of pre-ordering as we are often fully booked before the day of the holiday. Please keep in mind that once you place your order, changes cannot be made without risk of losing your time slot.

PLEASE NOTE: Holidays have a limited menu, certain items will not be made in order to maintain efficiency in the kitchen. This also means we limit the amount of changes you can make.
